How an engagement flows

Three weeks in, you should know whether we're the right partner.

  1. Week 1

    Listen and frame

    We sit with the team, read what's been written, and write down what we actually heard. By Friday you'll have a one-page brief in your inbox that either sounds like the room or doesn't.

  2. Week 2

    Pick the work

    We propose two or three concrete shapes the engagement could take and the tradeoffs of each. You pick. Sometimes the right shape is "we don't actually need to do this" — and we'll say so.

  3. Week 3

    Start delivering

    The right people are on it by week three. Cadence and check-ins are set up to fit how your team already works — not a Ripple Group methodology bolted on top.
